About Dr. Terry Box


Dr. Box is a Fayetteville Arkansas native. He graduated from Fayetteville High School and then attended the University of Arkansas earning a BA degree in Economics.

After obtaining his Doctor of Dental science degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1975, he opened his practice in Fayetteville in January of 1976.

Dr. Box and his wife, Susan, have one daughter Bradyn. They are members of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, AR. He has been active in many community services since opening his practice, including the free clinic at Fayetteville High West Campus for 25 yrs. He is currently a member of The Fayetteville Rotary Club, The Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers at the Washington County Free Clinic.


Dr Box and staff stay up to date on new techniques and cutting edge technology by routine attendance at continuing education classes. Because of his interest in continual learning and skill improvement, Dr Box currently serves as the chairman for Arkansas Academy of General Dentistry’s Mastertrack Program. It is their goal to provide patients with comprehensive examinations and treatment options so that the patients can make well informed decisions about their treatment.
